Food was good

No Spa facilities available, despite being advertised. They told me that it has been under maintenance for months at the time of checking in. If it has been under maintenance for months then they had enough time to amend this on booking.com.

Clean, quiet, comfortable

Too posh for my liking. Unreliable internet/WiFi.

The rooms are comfortable and the pool area & gym are excellent

The WiFi only works in reception, we had to buy our own data as this wasn’t resolved whilst we were there. Some of the bottled water was unsealed

Staff extremely unhelpful. Tushar the guy at the reception didnt sort out our packed breakfast even after telling him the night before. No wifi, heater and hot water.

The location, it was clean

The staff at reception weren’t always helpful, the electricity went off twice, no wifi in lobby and room wasn’t ready when we arrived

Only the area around the pool was worth it.

Everything else was poor. No service, no customer orientation, bad food.

Property has good facilities. Pool with the mountain view was amazing. They have decent Gym. Food was amazing there pizza has blown my mind it was better then even domino’s and their Buffet was decent.

I didn’t like their policy for buffet that they are little rigid and they will not serve u some basic breakfast if it is not the part of the buffet like paratha, dosa if that is not the part of the buffet.

The staff was impolite and insensitive.i had told them specifically that my flight was delayed and i would check out a few hours late and agreed to pay 1500 extra charges for late check-out.but they kept calling me again and again.and i was so embarassed that they made me checkout despite extra charges and i was forced to wait at the reception lobby with my luggage till my cab arrived. So many rooms were empty, they could have been a little understanding that i was traveling alone.

Honestly the only good thing about this hotel is the gym

The receptionist was a peed taker . Charged me twice as the amount I booked the room for 7750 rupees for 1 night stay. Before I got the final room I had to change 5 different rooms because all of them had the same problem with the window: it doesn’t close properly and they don’t have mosquitos net. First room no window. I change, second room window not closing, third room same window no closing, fourth room window could not open, finally the fifth room I could open and close the window but it had two single beds together with the gap in the middle. Not comfy and the guy a the reception a proper asthole. I arrived at 7am after 9hours on the plane and 5hours in the taxi and it took until 1030 before I could get the final room. I was tired and just wanted to stay comfy. But no chance here. I would not go back. And they really need to do maintenance for those windows. Oh and the spa doesn’t exist. It’s just the name of the hotel. Pathetic. If you are reading this. Choose another stay.

The hotel location is good ..We stayed for 3 nights, Great food and restaurant staff is awesome, especially a boy named Manish, We liked him , He was always active and smiling,

I don't like other staff,they were very slow,you have to remind them many times to get room service,maybe they have 71 rooms but less staff, Spa,massage etc are only for show off..But they have a good gym inside and a swimming pool outside.

Hotel is good ambience wise and view wise. Location is very near to the Railway Station YNRK but a bit far off from Laxman Jhula.But overall a very decent stay

Although the room and hotel were fully clean, it seemed like the washroom seat wasn't cleaned and sanitized before we checked in. The hotel should start cleaning it after every check out and putting a "Sanitized and Checked" wrap around it like other hotels

Location and Swimming pool

Pathetic wifi, extorting money for swimming costume even after we had our own

The hotel is located at a very convenient place for car travelers, good parking space, nice little swimming pool. The food quality is very good but the service is very poor.

The service at the restaurant was hopeless. There is some scope for cleanliness.

Towels per guest not provided and hand towels not provided.. hotel staff refused to give towels... THERE WAS ONLY1 bath towel and 0 hand towel in ROOM 2161 bath towel and 0 hand towel in ROOM 215.... hand towel was never provided..even after call0 glasses and 0 cups in room 2160 glasses and 1 cup in room 2151 water bottle in room 215 was provided ..even after several calls we never got water , we than later bought cold drink and water bottles from outside as The hotel made us feel guilty and small when we asked for glasses , water bottleWASHROOM HANDLE WAS BROKEN IN room no 215 ... we complained ... but I am speechless here...Locker was NOT working in room 216 ..again one of member could not go anywhere...as the housekeeping staff after several calls came after 3 hours in room to fix it...many things i didnt write because of ajay and ashwin front office staff , being very polite to us .. but now we are writing ...reception ladies washroom was so dirty .. that even their front office lady staff couldn't tolerate the smell and dirt in it...The quilt was DIRTY ... in room 216we had to call housekeeping manager twice or thrice..24 hour room service not provided .. 10.30pm we called to order for snacks.. they only said this is last order and can only provide french fries.no other food.8.30pm we arrived from aarti .. we asked for room clean... housekeeping refused to give a clean up... and than after huge argument i myself has to clean up room with staff as i was travelling with my small kidsNext morning one of our guest had stomach ache.. she was ill so came back room without having food ... we asked them to send plate in room...staff again refused and asked for payment ... and than when we inquired she get a call from satvinder F&B incharge... shouting at us.. khana nahi ayega room mein apko pay karna padega... He misbehaved with a girl..Above our basic amenities and services required by any 4 star..We made a booking looking at 4 STAR...

Too expensive as compared with the price. Rooms are way too small in reality. Didn’t serve packed water bottle. Cleanness was also not that good.

Nothing to like as the room was too bad. No window was there in room and the room was too stinky..

rooms are not at all well maintained, washroom is not clean, bathroom doesnt have water pressure half of the time, linen was torn, had to wait for 1 hr to get extra bedding, breakfast didnt have any live counter, breakfast was 90% the same everyday.

Honestly, nothing went well on this trip. We should have known about the fishy nature of this hotel when they demanded the money upfront on check-in.Once we gave them the money, we figured out that the 3 rooms that we had booked were given to someone else, so we were accommodated in a different room, on different floors. The cleanliness of the hotel rooms was horrible and 12hrs into check-in, my wife (a European national) and I were woken up by a BIG RAT in our bed, which ended up biting us both in our sleep.On asking management for medical help, they could not provide us with any medical care. The Front Desk manager, who was called to the reception for help proved to be even more useless and suggested us to go to a hospital 12kms away from the hotel at 4 in the morning, and left the scenario in 10mins. This guy did not even bother to apologize for the incidentWe were shifted to new rooms the next day (the actual rooms that we booked), but since we had a traumatic experience the previous night, we asked the management to thoroughly check our room for any rat holes, to which the housekeeping took 50mins to respond. I had to personally go to the reception to request them to send the housekeeping to my room, and that is where I met the Banquet Manager, behind the reception desk, who had the audacity to shout at me on my repeated request.Before checking out, we asked to meet the hotel management and asked them how would they rectify all the traumatic experiences that my family went through. The management refused to take any responsibility for the incidents that we went through during our stay, and were unapologetic for the mishaps. In conclusion, the management is one of the most unfit group of people to be working in the hospitality industry and should be blacklisted immediately.The GM of the Hotel, Mr. Bheem Ale was the only person who was apologetic, and willing to find a solution. As stated earlier, the management refused to even acknowledge the incident.

The hotel needs to be checked by the competent authorities and its 4-star status should be stripped immediately.The ministry of tourism should also look into this hotel, as they do not have a clue about how to treat guests and foreign nationals.
